The ferro Advisory and Consortium (fAC) Department operates under EPHE GROUP.
This document is a shortened, legally binding version of the epharoh Protection Volumes (“ePV”).
Confidentiality for fAC department
All parties involved in fAC consulting sessions agree to the confidentiality provisions of the ePV.
Information shared (verbal, pictorial, written, or video) is personal, confidential, and restricted from distribution unless authorized via a handwritten, signed form by EPHE GROUP or the publication.
All material provided during sessions is the intellectual property of EPHE GROUP.
Entities shown during sessions are fictional or pseudonymous. Any resemblance to real persons, organizations, or events is purely coincidental and does not violate applicable US and international laws.
fAC sessions are intended for educational purposes. EPHE GROUP categorizes this as advisory content.
Clients retain intellectual property rights over products developed from advisory sessions. The publication will have no claim over such products.
fAC Token of Good Faith Payments
Compensation fees for fAC sessions use up-to-date exchange rates.
CCCR Department – Commercial Conversions
We provide tailored services and products to academics, educators, and researchers.
- Non-payment for tailored services will result in immediate cancellation of the order.
- Cancelled orders due to non-payment are automatically acquired by the company under the ePV terms and cannot be reclaimed. Note: Acquired publications are NOT considered fit for submission.
- To avoid cancellation, clients must clearly communicate payment arrangements with the support team in advance.
Adding ‘cancelled due to non-payment’ tag to your order assumes that the communicate is no longer interested in the purchase which triggers automatic Aquisition and Publishing.
Payments
We only accept payments through PayPal, NETELLER, flutterwave, and MPesa. The Publication will never ask for payments without proper and transparent invoicing.
When processing payments, relevant data (purchase total, billing information) is shared with the respective payment provider. See each provider’s Privacy Policy for details. Compensation & Credit for Writers
We always provide compensation to our writers prior to publishing. Credits to writers and cartoonists is a norm unless masking requests are made. Pieces with no proper credits are under the company acquisition.
REFUNDS
Due to the sensitive nature of transactions, please email support.epharoh@oriomnis.com for refund inquiries.
REVISIONS
We offer revisions to meet specific client needs. Revisions resulting from new instructions may require additional payment. Contact support.epharoh@oriomnis.com for assistance.
